Then be responsible for the fundraising, awareness and branding of the club. Contribute your ideas and implement marketing initiatives to help the Lamas to grow. Be responsible for social media and the website, design stunning merch, and help with fundraising.
No background in marketing? That's absolutely not a problem. Simply shine with your commitment, motivation and creativity.
We are always looking for fun events on and off the field. Socials are simply an amazing way for club members to spend additional time together, get to know each other on a personal level and grow together as a Lamas team - girls and lads.
Keep in touch with your teammates, let your excitement spread and your creativity shine: a cold beer on Shamrock nights, beer & pizza at the field, Walking dinners, Secret Santa or even Data nights... Simply think of the best ways for members to have fun together.
The INKOM is the most important and productive recruiting event of the year for most associations and that goes double for Maastricht Lacrosse. Be responsible for our major recruitment event, and not only. Help the Lamas to grow throughout the year with tons of different activities and events that will draw attention to the club and the great people in it.
Positions
The committees are an amazing way to get more involved in the club we all love. It can also be a stepping stone to take on more responsibility for becoming a board member in the following years.

Each committee will consist of 3 to 4 players which will elect a head of the committee. The committee and the head of the committee will then be in close exchange with the board member responsible for the area. The board member will also be a part of the committee to help with any organizational and managerial matters and to streamline the communication between the committee and the board.

Appointment terms and time commitment required
All committee members and the VP’s will be elected at the Maastricht Lacrosse Club AGM or the New Year’s club meeting for the following semester or year and are appointed for a term of at least 6 months (one semester).
