CAN I JOIN YOUR PRACTICES?

Yes, you can always join our practices. While we offer free open practices at the beginning of each semester, we always are happy to welcome new enthusiasts for the sport and to the Lamas Family. Just message us here or on any social channel and we make sure to answer all your questions.

I DO NOT HAVE LACROSSE EQUIPMENT ...

We can provide equipment for players. Just let us know what you need! You just need sport shoes, a water bottle, and yourself and you are good to go.

WHEN AND WHERE TO YOU PRACTICE?

We practice at the Sportspark West in Maastricht during the following times:

Mondays: 20:00 - 22:00h
Wednesday: 19:30 - 21:30h
