Maastricht Lacrosse Anniversary Event
On Saturday 2 May from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Maastricht Lacrosse has the honour to invite everybody to its 15th anniversary. The event will take place at the Sportpark West in Maastricht.
Established in 2000, Maastricht Lacrosse is proud of its reputation as the oldest lacrosse society in the Netherlands. During the past 15 years, Maastricht Lacrosse has not only established the sport in our beautiful hometown, it has also built up a large community of alumni players. This community, known as the Goldmembers, consists of an immense number of players who once upon a time proudly carried our jersey on the lacrosse pitch.
To honour this year’s special anniversary event, Maastricht Lacrosse is happy to announce a reunification between the Goldmembers and the current members of Maastricht Lacrosse. The strong connection between current and former players will therefore be emphasised on the pitch.
In addition, our team is especially looking forward to welcome the A-Team Lacrosse from Aachen, the Kumpelz Lacrosse team, the Antlers Düsseldorf Lacrosse team, and the Belgian National Women team.
During the day of May 2nd, several scrimmages, shooting competitions, BBQ, drinks of all kinds, and other fun activities will be organized. We are happy to welcome anybody who is interested to our alumni event. At night, Maastricht Lacrosse will host a wild party at the Café De Alla.
We are looking forward to a day that will be worth the celebration of 15 years lacrosse sport in the Netherlands.
